A bit about me ...
Animals, family and friends are a big part of my life. Spending time in nature, camping, walking, reading, crafting, cooking, baking, meditation, and personal growth activities (self-confessed perpetual learner) are some of my Big Loves. Often referred to as an overly sensitive child I have come to embrace the truth ... that 'I AM' an empath - highly sensitive, feeling others and my own feelings on a very deep level as well as being highly aware of my surroundings.Being an empath enables an awareness allowing me to 'tune in' to myself and the client - creating a safe and comfortable space. By sensing what is needed and listening to the story the clients body is sharing - my hands 'follow the tissue' and are directed to the place most needing attention. Growing up in a family that traditionally sought alternative care and nutrition it was not a great leap for me to fall into this type of life ~ being in service to others.
The BIG push ... After a major car accident in 2008 I began the long road to recovery with traditional Western Medicine with Chiropractic Care, Acupuncture along with Physiotherapy and Massage. For a time all this seemed to be working and I then added in treatments for the Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome I seemed to be experiencing. Long story short a physiotherapist suggested I try Crainiosacral therapy to get relief from the concussion issues and try a less invasive type of massage therapy. Enter ~ Raindrop, Reiki and Craniosacral therapy which in the end did the trick - Eastern Medicine combined with Western pulled me through - I was so convinced and well on my way to becoming whole again that I began to study the two modalities.

Reiki and Crainiosacral treatments dealt with the concussion issues within the first four or five visits - then we were on to the 'other stuff' (old recurring issues). Raindrop helped remove those toxins built up in cellular memory - allowing me relax enough to get the much needed sleep to heal. So impressed with my improvement in quality of life, and after studying the two disciplines (Usui Reiki and Karuna Reiki and C.A.R.E.(Raindrop Technique) in 2011, I have continued on to study CrainioSacral Therapy (1 &2) along with Somato Emotional Release (1 & 2) and also Visceral Manual Therapy (1).
Always searching for more and with tremendous gratitude and joy in life ... for spirit , for the journey ... the path I have followed ... always trusting there is a greater plan I am excited to share the new addition to my tool kit ~ after exploring and completing all available levels (5) in Akashic Records Readings I now offer a complete service as a Certified Advanced Intuitive Akashic Records Reader, Chakra Activation Practitioner, Aroma Reiki Practitioner and Access Bars Practitioner.
Full body presence is the foundation of all healing sessions offered in my clinic - grounded and present, my intention for each session is to come to the table with an open, intuitive, compassionate heart. I invite those willing, open and ready to begin their healing journey to give yourself some love ~ schedule in some downtime and book a session. My goal has always been to be of assistance in your quest to ' Relax, Renew, Restore and Rejuvenate through Energy, Frequency and Vibration .

As we begin the year of 2024 the key word is 'Magnetic'. As I attract ... I also seek to give from the space of overflow and abundance. As we move into 2024 - my on-line training continues in the essential oil department - one of my interests which is well ensconced in my sessions already. My interests have changed a lot over the past several of years, as things begin to open up I will continue with my mantra (Tibetan Mantras) studies and women's drumming group - the left brain always wants more and so I continue undertaking Ceremonial studies with a Kahuna trained Ceremonialist. I will keep you posted ( update - these studies have morphed into a life long adventure). 2024 continues to bring even more change ... (✿◠‿◠)
At the beginning of last year I investigated the world of Access Bars energy healing. I will continue my training with a Transformational coach learning the importance of whole body wellness in the world of essential oils. I am excited that 2024 will bring further in depth studies in Sound Healing, Vibrational Raindrop with Oils of the Ancient Scripture and possibly into Access Bars Facelift.
As you can see, I continue to upgrade my skills and run workshops ~ I am always revamping, revising and rejuvenating the existing curriculum and services offered. Watch for regular updates & schedules on this website.
Moving forward in learning I am looking forward to many more spiritually themed workshops .... with no end in sight!
