Sound healing ~ refers to the more general field of therapeutic use, including drumming, rattling, toning, etc. Sound therapy ~ refers to methods that are more clinical and structured. In alternative medicine, sound therapy is a subgroup of sound healing. ~ excerpt from Tuning the Human Biofield - Healing with Vibrational Sound Therapy Eileen Day Mckusick Acoustic instruments such as tuning forks, gongs, crystal or Tibetan bowls are typically used in sound healing. Vita-Flex Reflexology
Vita Flex means 'Vitality through the reflexes!' It is based upon a complete system of internal body "controls". What are Akashic Records? - They are a vast energy field of information of all your human incarnations ~ past, present and future - every action, thought and feeling experienced is imprinted into your Akashic Record as an energetic event, - simply stated a record of your souls growth in your human incarnations.
The reader of the Akashic Records is a reporter of the information and does not interpret what comes through, that is for you to do afterwards in integration. Past, present or future lives may come up in the reading and the information will be pertinent to your question or help aid in the resolution of an issue. The information will have meaning that is important for you to know at this time in regards to your questions.
