Hello July … welcome and please be more gentle than the past six months okay? This past month has been a whirlwind of activity, emotions, and challenges with our daughter and granddaughter joining us as their lives changes rather dramatically. It has been a huge learning curve to be in the presence of a toddler in full bloom.

27. Peppermint ~ Integrity

This beautiful card deck has shuffled out Peppermint ~ Integrity for the month of July.
Peppermint is the oil recommended for the Solar Plexus because it is so supportive of the digestive organs associated with this chakra. It is also an amazing oil for opening & balancing the Throat Chakra as well.
It combines well with cypress, eucalyptus, lemon and lavender and any combination of these can help with sore Throat and respiratory conditions.
It also supports the Throat Chakra by clearing imbalances in this chakra and stimulating the energy in this center to promote confidence and clear communication. It's a great oil to use before public speaking or teaching to enhance your verbal communication skills and increase your vitality & energy when teaching, speaking or presenting!
This card is a sign that your spiritual awareness is increasing, enabling you to use discernment in choices and actions. Inhaling peppermint oil will clear, refresh and energize your mind, rejuvenate your body, uplift your emotions and promote health and spiritual growth!

As you use peppermint oil to open your Throat Chakra, you practice the principle of living with Integrity- you will be able to recognize who you truly are, your authentic self.
So, during this New Moon, have an Integrity check, turn inward, reflect, and shine light on the dark areas so you can fully step into your radiant self & SHINE!
